History Day- On Wednesday (1/12), students received a letter giving some detailed information about the History Day competition. Students and parents are to sign the form and return it by Thursday (1/20). Students should continue working on their projects and be finishing them within the next 3-4 weeks.
U.S. History- Tuesday-Wednesday-Students will be learning about Mexicano Contributions to the southwest through Chapter 17 notes. Thursday-After reading buddies, students will have some time to meet with their History Day group and then we will study presidents (1-28). Friday-Students will work in groups to create a poster highlighting one type of Mexicano Contribution.
**Travel Journal is due Wednesday(1/19).**
Consumer Economics-Tuesday-Students will be completing Chapter 3 notes. They will also being Math Activity 3 which they will need to complete for homework. Wednesday-Thursday-Students will be taking notes over Chapter 4. Friday-During “life”, students will be learning about stocks and purchasing goods.
