Honors- Students should be working on their final project. A letter will be sent home next week explaining the final process for the project and important dates to be aware of.
U.S. History- Tuesday and Wednesday-Students will be learning about Manifest Destiny and America’s push west through Chapter 15 notes. Thursday-Reading buddies and Presidents. Friday-Students will continue learning about America’s push west by taking notes on “Westward”, an episode from the History Channel series, “America: The Story of Us”.
Consumer Economics- Tuesday-Thursday-Students will be working in groups to take notes on Chapter 1. Each group will have a section within the chapter with questions to answer. They will then create a poster that will be used by the other groups to take notes on the section. Friday-This will be our first “Life” day. Students will learn about the guidelines of this semester long activity and work on their resumes and weekly logs.
